No long term commitment! With a month-to-month payment schedule, you may rent a storage unit at any time (minimum length of stay is 31 days).
TERMS: The entry month's fee is prorated, and a $25 security deposit is collected. You may pay any sum in advance of actual payment due. Regular monthly payments are due by cash, credit, check, or money order on the first of each month. If payment is not received by the 5th, a $10 late charge will be assessed and an overlock will be secured to your unit. Overlock will be removed and you will regain full access to your unit upon full payment. Our units are capable of storing nearly all types of items but, please refrain from placing flammables, chemicals, and any illegal items. Highland Storage does not provide insurance for your property and you must supply your own lock.
